"I was told by the representative on the phone that this location had an indoor pool and sauna, which we planned our whole stay around and the only reason that we chose this hotel.
When we arrived here and was told not only was the pool outside but
it wasn't heated, there were others at check in that had the same inforation.
Also the rooms had a kind of hand soap that left film on your hands and body and didn't allow me to put on my contact lenses until I could get dish soap at another location. The room furnished only shampoo and no contioner which is poor planning our your part.
All this first stay at your hotel was not a pleasant stay and probably the last.
